Booking is simple and takes under 60 seconds through our encrypted online platform. Simply select your home's size (number of bedrooms and bathrooms), choose your service package (standard, deep, or move-in/out), select any desired add-ons, and pick a convenient date and arrival window.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We offer flexible rescheduling and cancellations. To protect our teams' schedules, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled clean are subject to a standard $50 late fee.

How is payment handled, and when am I charged?

Payments are processed securely via credit card. A temporary hold is placed on your card 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We only capture the final charge after the cleaning is complete and you have received our verification.

Do I need to do anything to prepare my home before my cleaners arrive?

To maximize the efficiency of our team, we ask that you pick up toys, clothes, and general clutter from floors and countertops. This allows our professionals to focus 100% of their time on deep cleaning and sanitizing your surfaces rather than organizing personal items.

How does home entry work if I am not present during the cleaning?

You do not need to be home. Most clients leave entry instructions in our secure system. You can leave a key with your condo concierge, place a key in a secure lockbox, or provide a digital keypad code. All entry data is encrypted.

What is your 24-hour satisfaction guarantee, and how does it work?

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area covered on our checklist, notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will dispatch a team to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost to you.
