We hold our services to the highest standard. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will happily return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost to you. We don't consider the job complete until you are thrilled with the results.
It is entirely up to you. Many of our clients are professionals who prefer to return to a pristine home after a long day at work. You can provide us with a spare key, a lockbox code, or concierge instructions securely through your account dashboard. Our team will carefully follow your entry instructions and ensure your home is locked and secure upon departure.

We understand that schedules can change. You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are subject to a late-cancellation fee to fairly compensate our cleaning staff for their reserved time.
We absolutely love pets! Please let us know during booking if you have any furry friends at home, along with their names and any specific instructions (e.g., "please keep indoors" or "might be shy"). If your pet is anxious around new people or loud noises like vacuums, we recommend securing them in a comfortable, quiet room while we clean the rest of the home.
